HI all!! I notice, that I eat too much fiber! When I'm under my calorie limit, still I get about -7 till -20 in fiber. Should I'll be worry or I need control that too? Any suggestions? Will I still burn out my weight or it will stay in one point like now?
Thanks!!!
Also sometimes I got too much fat red shows about - 10, but still good in others.
I always try eat healthy home prepared food, but those "out with friends" days drive my limits crazy. Pizza or ribs or wings + beer...
I always get upset when fats or fibers go over
So thank you, now I will not worry about fibers anymore!
Thanks!!!

Fiber is good. Going over is just fine. I usually get about 30-50 grams of fiber per day. :flowerforyou:0

Hit your calories. Too much fiber is not so much a number as it is a bodily experience. What are your macros and how are you consuming them? In other words, What are you eating and what are your ratios between carbs, protein, and fat?0

Just make sure to drink plenty of water!0

More fiber is a good thing!
More protein is also a good thing!!0 -

All very healthy natural choices too! :]0 -
MFP sets your fiber number too low, so if you go in the red, that's a good thing. Personally, I set my daily goal to 40, but usually exceed that too.0

Minimum recommendation per day for a healthy body is 25, at LEAST. I simply reset my number to have that as a minimum. If you are going over the DEFAULT recommendation, that is doubtless a GOOD thing.0
