I personnel do not think it did for me...but everyone is different. Currently trying healthy trim. So far so good. but everyone is different so good luck with finding one that works for you.

Yes, chewing on real, organic Hoodia works for curbing hunger. Pills, liquids, or any of that other crap you buy at the store does not work.

I read on the internet, so it must be true, that the stuff in those pills and stuff is not really hoodia, that you can't really get it in the U.S.

im pretty sure hydroxycitrate (HCA) works, its from a plant too. it says it speeds up your weight loss by 3x. currently i have run out, i was loosing about a 1.3kg a week, now its dropped to about 500grams a week, for the last 2 weeks that i havent had any.

thats products with ONLY HCA in it not that hydroxycut stuff

Haven't seen a scientific published study to show it works in humans. And just like Acai, coral calcium and other "miracle" supplements, you can't take the word of the manufactuerers.

the last lot i had was made by blackmores. Same thing by the looks though, just stronger.
