New and... struggling!

I'm Katana. I've just outgrown my fat-pants. I'm not happy about it, yet it's also not entirely my fault (I'm on steroids for a major allergic reaction). Since I have a month of unhappy body chemistry down and about another month to go--I want to minimize damage. Long-term, I perceive a lot of my weight issues as being related to how my relationship with food has changed over the years. Convenience--fast and easy--have taken precedence over gourmet, and I'm unbelievably TIRED of fighting with myself and my household about FOOD. So I'm done with that. I'm making some new rules for me and only me. And I want a way to track them and see if they work for ME. I know this isn't the *best* time to do this--but it never really is, is it? So why not now?

    No better time! Last time I had to take Prednisone I did lose some weight, drink lots of water! Often times when we feel hungry we are really dehydrated. Welcome to the only place that has helped me and I've been able to stick to for more than a month or 2. Feel free to add me as a friend if you like, this is a very supportive site.
