think I mite have the reverse stumbling problem, every time I try and run on the treadmill at a slower pace I stumble like its my first time on one I just bumped up my speed to 6.3 to start and add a point every mile and now if I try and start off at 6.0 - 6.2 I feel like I'm slipping
anyone else have this problem?

I kinda know what you mean. When I try to run slower than my normal, I feel like I bob up and down quite a lot, and it just doesn't feel right. And it hurts sometimes. So for now I just don't do it even though I know there's a time and place for it.0
