Why is it so hard for me to use this machine when it is supposed to be so easy? It looks easy but then I get on it and I'm done in like 10 minutes. I've lost a lot of weight and I'm used to an hour of cardio at a shot but this thing cleans me out on energy. Same with the elliptical. Any ideas?

I just started using mine too. I can go about 17 minutes top and then I am done. My goal right now is to push through to 30 minutes. I do better on this thaan the elliptical. On that monster I only last about 5 min then my calves hurt so much I have to stop. I don't even use the resistance yet. Hope you find answers.

You know I take the elliptical in spurts. I'll do 15 minutes in one session. Take a break, drink some water, relax, let all the sweat dry. Then, I'll hop back on it for another 15 minutes. Take a break. Yada yada. Back on for another 15 minutes. That is the only way I can log any serious time on the elliptical. With the glider, 10 minutes and I'm not even interested anymore.

I may try that. I'll do 10-15 and quit and walk later or something but if I just take a short break and then do another 15 I'd be happy. I am looking for ways to work out inside as Central MN get Really Chilly in the winter and I do not like cold weather.

I don't have a gazelle, but as far as the eliptical goes I started out at 10 minutes a day and worked my way up from there. When 10 minutes was doable I went for 15 then 20 and kept on going. Now I have gone as long as 60 minutes but most days do anywhere from 20 to 40 minutes. I started exercising in June so that has been about 3 months. Just take it one step at a time.

Me too. Though I probably have more time than you. I'm in GA. We get an extended summer usually.
