maybe 6-9 months. I was a size 11 at my heaviest. I am now a size 3 or even 1 sometimes. It took me over 2 years, but that is because I was a slacker! lol and I was not really even trying to lose weight when I dropped from an 11 down to a 7.
I started MFP at a size 7, and I was down to a size 1 within 4 months! !!!0 -

You might not ever be a size 4ish. Have you been that size before? It's going to depend a lot on your muscle mass, your cardio burn, your bone structure and height. If I may be so bold, you might want to focus on being healthy and fit with goals like "running a 10k or doing a triathalon", and not focus on the size in your pants.0

There's really too many variables...what and how much you eat, whether you track diet and exercise, your "personal" fitness rate, i.e. do you have a fast or sluggish metabolism, any health issues (i.e. under active thyroid, PCOS, etc.) that might effect your rate of loss...and so on.
It's like asking "how many calories will I burn if I do XXX?"...there is no one size fits all number.0 -
i was before my kids0

Good job with recording the activities. We moved to a new city and ditched our car. I have been walking everywhere for the last three months. Have lost 20lbs and dropped from a solid size 6 to a compact size 2 in as much time. MFP provides a lot of motivation to do daily food-tracking because it tells me how many extra calories I "earned" from walking to/from work, carrying groceries, even cooking and playing guitar in the house. I use the extra calories for treats like wine, desserts, baked goods, etc. taken with moderation of course. All the best to you and your health regime.0
