KFC Alternative
Just made this tonight and it was delicious!!
4lbs Foster Farms Boneless Skinless chicken thighs
1tsp Baking Soda
2tsp Salt
1 1/2 tsp Paprika
3/4 Cup Flour
1 1/2 Cup sesame seeds
1 Egg
1/4 Cup skim milk
Pam cooking spray
Mix all dry ingredients in one bowl and egg/milk in another. Spray the bottom of your pans with Pam. Dip thawed chicken in the egg/milk mixture then coat in the dry and place in the pan. Lightly spray the top of the chicken with Pam and bake at 375 for 25 minutes or until the top starts to turn a light golden brown. Flip the chicken and cook for another 15 minutes (will be longer if you use bone in chicken).
Serving: 2 thighs or approx 6oz

So a slight error on my part. I counted the number of thighs and entered rather than the pounds. Stats are lower than stated: cal: 262 Carb: 7 Fat:13 Protien:37 Fiber:0 Calcium:1
You could also use Chicken breast instead of thighs and lower further I am sure.

I was gonna say that one thigh is about 250 calories, so they must be some small thighs.0
