Dukan diet question

Is anyone doing the Dukan Diet.?. If so, how do you log your food into MFP, since your allowed to eat as much protein as you want?

  • I am not doing this diet, but it you select the Goals tab, you can adjust your protein/carb/calorie numbers.

    For carbs, on the veggie days 60 grams of carbs should be a good goal, and on pure protein days 20 g carbs.

    However, with Ducan the diet is about what you eat, not the quantity. I would suggest that you record your foods and just watch the numbers for insight - the numbers are not your goals for Dukan. It is food selection.
