Does anyone have a good stir-fry sauce recipe or healthy oone they've bought at the store?

What veggies do you like, and are you watching your sodium?

You can stir-fry almost anything and still keep Calories low if you avoid the rice and noodles. It's a bit tough to keep sodium low, though because you need soy sauce.

I usually get by with some soy, vinegar and sweetner. A fresh orange instead of sweetner works, either segment it or just juice it.

A bit of Garlic and onion powder, and crushed chilis if you like it spicy.

I just like it cause its super quick

Grab some onions, mushrooms, green beans and some green pepper.

I lightly spray my wok with Pam, and then stir-fry with a little water to cook the veg!

If you like rice and noodles, a good alternative is shirataki noodles (found at safeway). They are 20 cals for 1/2 bag, 2g of carbs and are quite tasty! Be sure to drain and rise them before throwing them into the fry.

I like to add scallops or chicken to my stirfry for protein options!

I wish My Fitness Pal would notify when we get a reply. I forgot to check back and then saw all of these!
