So last night I went to bed at about midnight and I decided I will get up at 630 and workout. Usually when I say this I keep on hitting the snooze button, but I actually got up this morning and did it. I did the My Fitness Coach for the Wii and burnt almost 200 calories and I didn't want to be there about the first 10-15mins but I stuck with it and I feel so much better about myself now. So, now I am off to go to a few places and then come home and shower and go to work.

Hope everyone else has a wonderful day!

WTG! that's a big accomplishment. Pushing yourself to doing something you don't want to, even though you know you should. Good job! :flowerforyou:

  • YAY! Go You! I completely understand! Last night I actually had about 30 minutes to sit & watch tv - so I talked myself into getting on the exercise bike while I watched the show. It took me about 5 minutes to talk myself into it, but I did it! I was really proud of myself when the show was over...not only had I used my weak willpower to get on the bike, but I stayed on it for the whole 25 minutes & I used up 300 calories!!

Give yourself a big pat on the back!! Good job Katie!

Thank you so much! I kind of fell off the wagon last week, but I didn't gain any weight, so Im happy but getting back on track now. Thanks for all of your encouragment!
