Hi all quick question I got a aerobics dvd which I tried out yesterday and I'm well able for its got a 15 min warm up at the start followed by 2 30 mins sessions.
I was wondering I walk quite fast (4mph) for 45 mins each morning and I was planning to come home and do 1 on the 30 mins aerobics sessions afterwards but time would be against me a bit so I was wondering if I have been walking would I be warmed up enough to get straight into it??
Thoughts on this would be great thanks

yes, if you are just finishing a 45 minute fast walk you are well warmed up and can go straight into aerobics, for sure!0
