I just set up my account. I started this journey about two weeks ago and have lost about 18lbs so i think I am on a good track so far. I am hoping that I can continue this weight loss and become a more fit person. I love doing things outside and being active, I got away from that and now realized I need to revert back to what I uses to be. I'm not to worried about how much I weigh or how I look I care more about being healthy. Hopefully I will find a little support from this site :-)

18lbs in 2 weeks is an awesome weight loss!! Careful you don't lose too quickly tho.....1-2 is the recommended loss, although a lot of people lose a lot the first couple of weeks then it slows down....
