Interval Training

Does MFP have a way to calculate calories burned during "interval" training? Periods when you mix walking, jogging and running flat out for a minute or so? If not, what are people's recommendations for the best HRM/calorie counter. Thanks all! :happy:

I have the Polar F6 and love it. It's really the only (BEST) way to correctly estimate calories burned.0

I put in how many minutes at each speed. Today was 10 min at 3.0 (that is warm up & cool down) 6min at 4.0, 27 min at 3.5. Today was a walking day (Tu & Thurs.) Run/walk days are MWF.
I'd like an HRM but I'd like alot of things. So far the "estimates" that MFP gives me are ok.0 -
