My problem area

Ok, yes I dont like the rolls on my stomach, or my flabby arms, or my double chin....BUT the part that I really hate is my calfs. I think they look like big fat hams. I just hate the way they look. Does anyone have any advice for a certain workout or movement to help me with that part of my body. I am currently doing Turbo Jam but wanted to know if there was something that would target that area better???

    Calf raises are good.

    My calves got so toned when I moved here to Switzerland :S All those steep hills to walk up every day really help! I dont know what the equivalent would be in a gym, maybe treadmill on a really high elevation?

    I hate my calves too! I feel really self concious when I'm wearing a short skirt or dress. I get on the cross trainer every night and my legs are really toning up, slowly but surely.
