Thunder Thighs..

I have been slowly losing weigh the past couple of weeks with diet and exercise, however my thighs have really bulked up (i have been swimming daily for 30 minutes, and running 3x a week for 30 minutes) i can no longer fit into jeans or trousers and its really getting me down... In particular the tops of my inner thighs..

Please help! I dont know what to do, do i need to change my exercise routine or my diet? Both?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated

    Swimming and running are both very lower body intensive. Maybe add in some core and upper body work to even out your proportions. Planks are amazing for core work, as are situps. But you definitely need to spread the wealth when it comes to tone exercises, don't concentrate all on one part of the body every week.
