When the HRM is "off" press the lower right hand button until you get to Data. Then press the middle button for Training Files. All your workouts should be listed there.

Good thing I'm wearing the watch part of mine now so I could look it up!

Did you press the middle button on the right side twice? When pressed once it shows your heart rate but isn't really "started", when pressed the second time it starts tracking data. I've made that mistake.

Did you go to the website to view the full user manual? That really helped me. When you get ready to start, you have to hit the middle right button, wait for it to show your heartrate on the screen, then hit that button again to actually have it start recording. While you're working out, you can hit the *bottom* right button to change between viewing your heartrate, calories burned so far, and your target heartrate range. If you need to pause in the middle of your workout, hit the *bottom left* button one time. It will show 'paused' on the screen. If you're ready to stop and review what you've done during your workout, hit that bottom left button one more time, it will stop the recording and you can use the *bottom right* button to switch between viewing the amount of time you worked out, total calories burned, avg and max heartrate, and the amount of time during your workout that you were in your target heartrate zone. Think of the right middle button as your 'start' and 'select' button depending on what you're doing at the time, think of the bottom right button as a 'scroll' button that lets you make choices or change your view, and think of the bottom left button as the 'pause/stop' button.
