Hllo all, I have been starting a workout plan so i can get into the weightlifting club at my local job corps. We have been playing craps and betting pushups and flip[ping over 2 cards in a deck of cards and doing the added amount in pushups. Next week we got burpies and the week after that sit ups, then finally mountain climbers. I am requesting anymore ideas to help lose the belly fat for cardio and to get me stronger?
