Hi all.
Having lost a lot already and dropped from a high (a few years back) of 250+ pounds down to this morning's 189 by simple dieting and excercise I now feel good. BUT I now have the hardest last 10 to 15 pounds to lose and really need to know what I am putting in calorie wise compared to what I burn in the gym. So here I am. Again. Any tips, advice, articles to look at etc are gratefully welcomed. And feel free to add me as a contact here. I'm Ravey1966.
