    Okay- I'm in! I had a great loss in the first two weeks last month, but stayed still the last two weeks of the month. Having a lot of fun trying, and having a lot of fun reading about others' successes!

    Great work everyone! It looks like everyone that reported showed a decrease. I wanted to let you guys know that I am preggers so I will not be measuring anymore. I am going to be keep running this but just wanted to tell you guys why you aren't seeing my numbers.

    This week we have a three way tie. Our top three biggest losers dropped 3 inches over the last 10 days. Let's here it for TheBraveryLover, laurenwolfe536, and ingot81! Since we have three biggest losers this week the challenge will be different. The top three can post their own challenge and you can pick which one you would like to do OR you can do all three for an extra burn. Winners don't forget to tell us why you picked your challenge and what it should target.

    Firstly, congrats on the pregnancy!

    My challenge is 50 hip bridges everyday this week. I chose it because it's a good butt and hamstring workout; who wouldn't want that? :happy: . Here's a video of what they are:

    Wow. So pleased to be a big loser.

    I carry all of my weight on my middle so I would like to set the challenge of 300 abdominal crunches this week. You can split it however you choose and do them however you choose (I will be raising my legs off the floor so they are over my hips, bent at the knee at a ninety degree angle to increase the burn). Hope that makes sense.

    I did an exercise challenge last month so I am picking my favorite activity we did for my challenge...4 sets of 15 swimmer presses every other day

    I typically use 8 lb. weights but use whatever you are comfortable with :)
