Just joined today and feel really motivated this time. If anyone in my area wants a diet buddy please let me know as I need all the motivation I can get.:smile:

    I was living in Nottingham but now in Wales, it seems to be alot of people are from the States, I joined this afternoon.

    I am in the Isle of Man and I always try to be a supportive and emotional friend if you would like to add me. BTW I always advise newbies to take their measurements because sometimes the scales dont move but the inches do.
