What order did you do them in and what did you think of her workouts?
I have done 30 day shred and just started Ripped in 30.
I want to do a different one and it looks like the choices are: 6 week 6 pack, banish fat boost metabolism, killer buns and thighs and no more problem zones

have any of you done these and how did they compare to 30ds and ripped? Longer/shorter? more difficult/easier? different type of workout?

I've done the banish fat boost metabolism its longer thats the only reason it was difficult for me. It has six circuits and no weights are needed. I'm going to try 6 week 6 pack after ripped in 30.

did you think banish fat boost metabolism was harder than 30ds or ripped in 30 or about the same? i was going to try her new one possibly (killer buns and thighs) but i heard it is hard so i may do 6wk6pk or banish fat... thoughts?

I have 30Ds, killer buns & thighs and ripped in 30... out of the 3 I would say that 30 DS is the easiest (for me) and the other two are about the same. although B&T is targeted for specific areas and ripped is more for all over. they all make me sore and sweaty! lol.

I have done many, in this order, with a quick review on each.

30 Day Shred. Least annoying, shortest duration. I like the 3-2-1- system of Strength-cardio-abs.

Biggest Winner Set (5DVDs). Good workouts, combines strength and cardio, circuits are arranged differently. I felt like I had to do TWO of the DVDs to get a full-body workout. I got bored with these easily but can't put my finger on why.

Shred-it with Weights (kettlebell). 2 levels. Very fun and refreshing for a change. My kettlebell was too light for what I needed, it was recommended to use a kettlebell that's 2x the weight of the barbells you typically lift; that was a mistake. Could have gone 10 lbs heavier. Possibly get one that's adjustable, but then you'll have the weird clanking problem. A lot of this feels like cardio, not so heavy on strength/muscle training.

6-week 6-pack. Also 2 levels. Challenging. Cardio and toning for entire core, includes some low back. I'll keep coming back to this one, it's a gem.

Ripped in 30. Since I liked the Shred so much, I LOVE Ripped, but her personality grates on my nerves quite a bit. A lot of people tune her out, mute her or put on music. I can see this happening in the not-too-distant-future. Same 3-2-1 system but you already know that. It's a good half-hour workout that's "easy" to squeeze in to your day.

Banish Fat Boost Metabolism. Lots of cardio, several circuits, combining kickboxing and aerobic fitness. No weights. About 40 minutes. Good for rest days if you're doing NMTZ.

No More Trouble Zones. All weights and strength, little cardio. About 40 minutes.

have fun. Her older videos (NMTZ and BFBM) are less annoying, she seems more professional in my very humble opinion. I have nothing against her, and respect her as a trainer and person, but when I have to watch a DVD several hundred times, it gets old.

I'm currently doing 30ds and 6 week. I like 6 week because although the focus is your abs, you also get a good workout overall. I'm always drenched in sweat when I'm done. Q

6week 6pack is 30mins, so a little longer and targeted more towards abs....not harder than the last 2 levels of ripped in 30. Boost your metabolism is 45mins of Jillian...so...lol

She also has a 60 program that I want to do after I finish P90X and Insanity...google it, the video for it is INSANE!!

I just purchased the 30 Day Shred - I have heard many good things about this one, and I purchased No More Trouble Zones. I haven't heard much about No More Trouble Zones but it got really good reviews. It also looks like something I need and a change of pace for me as well. I am getting bored with going ot the gym so I hope to use these videos to mix up my workout a little bit.

I have done nearly all of her workouts and love them. I started with:

30 Day Shred - Thought is was hard at first but now realize its actually one of the easy ones

Ripped in 30 - Liked this one ok

6Week 6 Pack - This is the one I need the most but for some reason I don't like it very much. It just seems so rushed to me. Its a good workout just not crazy about the way its made.

Banish Fat Boost Metabolism - I like this one. Its more cardio and last about 55 minutes including warm up and cool down.

No More Trouble Zones - This is one of my very favorites. It's great. Really works on those trouble areas. Its not as much cardio, so my calorie burn was lower but really helps with toning. It is about 55 minutes with warm up and cool down

Killer Buns & Thighs - I am in week 3 of doing this one. I really like it. Level 1 was good, but Level 2 is insane! I dont even know what Level 3 will be. I am betting crazy!! It has 4 circuits and runs around 42 minutes.

Hopes this helps. I don't think you can go wrong with any of them, just depends on what you are looking for!
