i never do any 2 workouts the same, varying from 20-45 minutes each day, with day-to-day adjusting the crossramp and resistance- but today on my way to the gym i set in my mind i will do 10 crossramp and 20 on resistance ( i've tried 20 and 20 before and can only do in 2 min increments). well I TOTALLY KNOCKED IT OUT for 20 MINUTES! it's a small victory, but one nonetheless!!!!!!!! :smokin:
