I'm a stout girl. I'm only 5'1" but I am very strong considering. I have bigger arms, which contain a lot of muscle but they are buried under some of that ugly flab.. What is the best way to tone them up? I can't afford a gym membership.. But I do own sets of 3, 5 and 10 pound weights, so what can I do with those at home?
Also, what about my stomach? There is a lot of controversy over what exactly is the best exercise to slim it. I have already lost some weight, but I know I need to kick the exercise up a notch, or 10. And my stomach is probably my most hated area, because I do carry a lot of weight there.
Ideas, suggestions, please! And like I said, I don't have a gym membership so things I can do at home would be Wonderful.
Thanks for your help everyone!

There are lots of exercise dvds. I really like jackie warner workouts (did them prior to starting p90x).0

I only work out at home. I've found that the old tried and true methods of working out are the best, push ups, pull ups (pull up bars are only like $10), bicep curls and tricep extensions. As for your abs planks are amazingly hard but produce awesome results I also like bicycles. But in combination with all of these things, especially the ab work, you need cardio. Otherwise you will only get bulkier.I'm sure you could Google some other great exercises to switch it all up, there are so many helpful websites out there with tutorials and even routines. I love Shapes website but you can find one for you too.0
