I'm not in Florida, so I won't be any help on that front, but I need to interject....
Make sure your goal is reasonable and achievable. 1/1/12 is just 13 weeks away. So, your goal is nearly four pounds per week. Most advice is to limit yourself to a pound a week...two at the absolute maximum. so, you're setting yourself up for either failure to meet your goal or a very unhealthy and unsustainable way to do it.0
