This is in my crock pot right now!!! Smells yummy already!

Ingredients
1 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons chili sauce
1/4 cup water
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon hot sauce
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
3 tablespoons brown sugar
2 pounds country style pork ribs
1 onion, sliced into rings
1 red bell pepper, cut into rings

(I used apple cider vinegar instead of water, hot Sriracha instead of chili sauce, and I didn't have celery seed but otherwise I followed the recipe!)

Directions

1. In a bowl, mix the ketchup, chili sauce, water, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, Dijon mustard, chili powder, garlic powder, celery seed, black pepper, and brown sugar.

2. Place the pork ribs in a slow cooker, and layer with onion and red bell pepper. Pour sauce into the slow cooker.

3. Cover, and cook 8 hours on Low.

Nutritional Information for 4 servings (but I used 2.5 pounds of pork... I think it'll be at least 8 servings for my family)

I basically did the same with beef ribs, season salt, onions. I did not put any bbq on it. Left it dry. After I removed the bones and fat, I cooked it down for another 4-6 hours. Amazing!

For people looking for similar but simpler/quicker options, Wegmans BBQ sauces are really good (I like memphis).

They also work well with pork tenderloins for making pulled pork.
    - 1 tenderloin
    - 2 bottles Wegmans Memphis BBQ sauce

Pour 1 bottle of bbq sauce into slow cooker.
    Place tenderloin in slow cooker
Spoon sauce over tenderloin (either from what's in the slow cooker if there is a lot, or from the second bottle)
Cook on low for 6ish hours, or until it pulls apart easily with fork
Add additional sauce as necessary to desired "sloppiness"

Yum! I've got almost the same thing in my crock pot right now, lol! I have pork tenderloins instead of ribs and only a couple different ingredients and am really looking forward to dinner.

Oh my gosh!! This was AMAZING. My family loved it! The pork was so tender it just fell apart. Great for pulled pork!! My hubby added some extra Devil's Spit BBQ because he loves spicier, but my kids loved it just as is! It was amazing w/ the ultimate twice baked potatoes that I posted as well. Enjoy!!!
