What's On Your IPod

I am loading up my old IPod with music for my Body Blast class. What's on your IPod when you work out?

(it's an all girls class, and we do hard core lunges, squats, planks, etc...)

How have I never put MCS in any of my workout mixes. I've really got to redeem myself!!

In response to the question; I go for metal/rock/alternative/hip-hop so I've got some Metallica, AC/DC, Foo Fighters, and Eminem about to hit the iPod soon. I've been lazy and haven't updated my current stale mix which is Foo Fighters "Wasting Light" and Them Crooked Vultures.

I like to put 'Remix' songs on my iPod...ones I already know and like, but are remixed to a faster beat, tempo, etc.. I find all kinds on iTunes.

Too much to list but, lots and lots of latin and dance music! Most of it I hear in zumba class and look it up, or I find latin and dance mixes to download off Soundcloud. Some upbeat rock too, like Red Hot Chili Peppers Suck My Kiss, Give it Away, etc... As long as it's upbeat and I can break a sweat moving to the beat.
