Been here before but now here again

Hi everyone! I've been here off and on for a year. I've also yo-yo'd my weight during that time. I haven't participated in the community before but I believe the communities are a very good thing.

I started again 2 weeks ago. So far, down 12 lbs. I usually give up around 3 weeks. I get tired of the work and all. I'm going to beat that this time. I will not give up or give in. I'm so ready to do this thing.

If anyone wants to friend me for motivation and support - I'm here!

Yes, I am setting a goal of 3 lbs per week until I hit 200 lbs. The reason being, I know I can do it with great dedication. Plus, my husband is away at NCO Academy right now. I get to go to his graduation on the 29th and I want to shock him with how I look.

  • i give up week 2 but so far week 3 and i am hanging in there. you can do it.. I am looking forward to when my scale is in the 2"s

  • I'm in the same boat with you guys. I usually give up around week 2 but I have made it to week 4!!! I've lost a total of 13 lbs but only 9 with MFP! Feel free to add me anytime!
