    I'm new to MFP and have had type one since I was 13 (coming up 7 years). I've just started taking care of myself again and last HbA1c was 7.4 (57mmol). I'm trying to get down to a healthier weight and find the hypo treatment undermines some of the good work but the more I do it the more I can refine my dosages and keep myself healthy. Feel free to add me, I'd love some Type 1 friends.

    I'm a type 1 using a pump and CGM, and I use MFP to count carbs. I find it easier to use than many sites/apps specifically for diabetes.
