Hi i am new to this only been doing it for a week on my i phone, I think I have stuck to it, if i got it right (day 10) but only lost 3lbs by day 7. I guess I was expecting miracles, cant go on holiday in my bikini again unti I have lost at least 1 stone, preferably 2 so need lots of help, encouragement and food suggestions. Thankyou all

I have been doing this for 40+ days and I didn't lose anything AT ALL the first 2 weeks! You are technically only supposed to lose 2 lbs/week, so you're doing good to have lost 3 lbs in 7 days! :happy:
Make sure you drink A TON of water! That was a mistake I was making at first! Drink AT LEAST 8 glasses if not more! (I try to drink 11 glasses a day!)
Also, make sure that you track EVERYTHING you eat! Not just some things!
