Soy Milk Vs Skim Milk

question i see alot about soy milk - so I bought some vanilla soy milk - it's pretty good.

However I checked the nutrional value on Soy and on Skim they are very close

What is the extra benefit of drinking soy milk vs skim milk - unless you have a lactose intolerence?
