what are your goals?

Options
They can be mini goals or big ones when it comes to fitness/ weight loss. What are yours?

Mine are

be able to do a mile without dying ( I have always hated running even in sports never liked it)
To do Pull-ups
Build my upper body strength
Military style push-ups (alot in 2 minutes haven't quite picked a number)



My weight loss goal
is 20-25lbs then I will reevaluate myself and decide if I want to drop more
