weight lifting, long term calorie burn benefit and accomodat

I wear my hrm, I log my calorie burn per my hrm for the time that I'm working out . . . but what about the long term burn? Just curious what you do about it.

    Nothing.
    If you did you would have to sleep with your HRM on and record that too.
    Some stuff you just let go.

    Yeah, I know, I'm just so hungry today I'm looking for an excuse to shove my face into some serious food. Hopefully my protein packed dinner will help me stave off this hunger . . . I just have to hold off another 2.5 hours until I get home.
