New to this site, but not new to the diet and exercise regime. Maybe this will help me be accountable. I'm sick and tired of playing this lose gain game. I know it's a lifestyle change, but I just love to eat and since I quit smoking, I'm trying to find other ways to occupy my time. Plan on working out as soon as I get home from this sedentary job. So, I'm trying it again. I do like the food diary on this site.

    Welcome! and.... I totally relate! I had lost 10 lbs when I started on this site and since using it lost 11 more.. THIS has made SUCH a difference to me! The support is fabulous and the food and exercise diaries are great tools.. I will add you so I can help support you the way others have supported me! Good luck and enjoy your journey.. : )
