For me it was forehead to steering wheel moment . I was driving home one day and I got cut off for the 134th time in the same spot I always get cut off in. Well I had enough. I layed on my horn for I SWEAR like 35 seconds......really it was a stupidly long time , and I'm flipping them the bird and cussing all kinds of crazy *kitten* when I look down at the license plate and it is my supervisor.............BAM forehead to steering wheel.
I still haven't lived this one down we are driving to the warrior dash together on sat.........hehe guess who is driving. What are your Palm to forehead moments?

The story of how I broke my ankle is facepalm worthy. I live on the third floor and I was taking a load of laundry down. I came down on my right ankle wrong, fell down the remaining 4 steps and landed on the concrete at the bottom. I managed to break my right ankle severely enough that I just got done having a plate and pins put in it AND my left ankle is sprained so I'm in a walking boot. Thank goodness my brother in law is staying with me while my husband works or I couldn't even get to the bathroom.

All I can think is: REALLY?! I pulled this off doing laundry...REALLY?! If anyone asks, I was fighting ninjas on the rooftop. Sounds much more interesting.

While I was in the ER they sent a counselor in to ask if I had been drinking or doing drugs when I fell. I almost wished I could say yes instead of having to admit I was stone cold sober and just a really big klutz

I always get on the elevator on the bottom floor and ask, "are you going up" I don't know why I always do thins but ya, people are like wow, dumb blond. Same if I am on the top floor, "going down?" OMG, sometimes I really gotta laugh at myself
