Calories burned per week?

I"ve noticed that I'm burning a lot more calories per week than what MFP had my goal set at. It was set at 600 a week and so far I've been around 900 a week. Is that good/bad/indifferent? Where is everyone else at?

I burn more then what I had originally set as a goal as well. It's not a bad thing by any means. Just eat your calories burned and you'll still be on track with the weight loss goal you set up.0

My calories to burn for the week is 2750 and its only tues and im at 2900, so i always go way over. Alot of people eat their excercise calories but I dont. I never did when i worked out before. So to each its own in that catergory! Good Luck:flowerforyou:0
