WHAT TO DO????

I have EXACTLY 342 calories left for the day right? I want some toll house chocolate chip lovers cookies-I can have 2 for 340 calories-but if i DONT eat the cookies i will have 342 calories leftover-is eating the cookies a bad thing? or does it not matter since its under my calorie count? sn: im doing 1500 cals a day- HELP FOLKS!!! :) what to do what to do?

    What do your sugar/carb numbers look like for today? If they're high, maybe go for some cheese & crackers instead? If they're ok, then go for it. :drinker: I have about 300 left too, and I'm only at 1200! I'm debating ice cream or peach pie... or maybe a cookie.

    i'd say enjoy the cookies. let yourself have a treat today. everyone deserves it every once in a while!

    How has the rest of your day or week been? Mostly good clean food? Are you hungry? If you eat the cookies will you be satisfied, and can you go to bed without craving more and more sweet? Technically, it's ok to eat the cookies if you've hit your macro targets already. But you may be better off in terms of fullness and satiety to eat real food.

    thanks guys right now my sugars are at 13- im not hungry persay but its UMMM the pc answer would be im hormonally inclined to want chocolate right now :) lol but yeah if i eat them i wont want anything else-my carbs are at like 30 for the day so all in all not bad-yeah its been a good week calorie/nutrition wise-i forgot to count in my pedometer steps from my walk-so i actually have 651 cals left lol

    Then eat a pint of chocolate ice cream topped with the cookies. :)
