What is your weekly goal ... ?

I've been changing up my weekly weight loss goal on here a bit. I was wondering what you guys have your goal set at?

Has anyone recently changed their goal and had success?

    Don't really have a weekly goal, but wanted to ne 250 by july which I met. Now want to be under 200 by the new year. Have 33 pounds to go!

    I really do not have any kind of goal set. I just take it day by day. This way if I do not reach that goal I will not get disappointed.

    Personally, I set it at 2 pounds per week. If I hit it, great, if I lose more, even better. I think being female, our bodies are constantly changing, and you can't be general about weight. You know your body. You know the times of the month when you will retain water, etc..., to set a goal on MFP, is just giving the com a statistic to give you a "ball park" direction in which to set your sights. Just do your best each week, make sure to measure yourself (as sometimes you'll see more success in this area), and EXERCISE (even if you don't lose some weeks, exercise makes you feel good about yourself).     I have my goals set to lose .5 a pound a week. I started April 10th, so technically I should have lost about 12-13 pounds by now. I've actually lost 32 pounds. I typically eat between 1800-2100 calories a day.

    I've stuck with this plan since the beginning, and it seems to be working for me. :-)
