Math teachers/guru's - calculations right?

Options
Evening everyone! Hoping someone can double check or tell me if my calculations look run. Math freaks need not read further, unless you're interested :)

I did run/walking interval training tonight and at the beginning, I tracked a 14 minute mile. I figured I averaged 3.3 mph walking and for that time walked 10 minutes (600 seconds). I ran 4 minutes (240 seconds). How fast did I run?

Based on the above numbers, I calculated the speed (mile/min) and total distance walked - 0.55 mile. That means I ran 0.45 mile. Backtracking with the time, I figured I ran 6.75 mph.

Is that right?

Thanks!

What was your total distance and how long did it take you?

If it took you 4 minutes to run .45 of a mile your pace was 8:53 a mile. Was that your question?

The time you were running, you did do a 6.75 mph.

Started at 0 mile marker, and looked at my phone at the 1-mile marker on the pavement. At that point it was roughly 14 minutes My intervals were 15 or 20 seconds of running followed by 45 or 40 seconds of walking. The rest, incl. the distances are what I calculated and am unsure of.
