Hello!!

I've reached my maintenance weight, goal accomplished!

Yet, during the week, I've been still eating ~ 200-300 calories less than my maintenance requirement.

Eating 200-300 less, so when the weekend rolls around, I splurge & eat a good 1000-1500 > than maintenance. A day or two I won't even count & simply enjoy the food!

Admittedly though, I sometimes feel sick from the calorie flux, it just makes sense. Love pizza, pasta, & sweets!

In the meantime my weight hasn't changed. Been doing this for ~ 4 weeks.

Any thoughts?

    Congrats on meeting your goal !! I plan on using this plan when I get to goal (almost 1/2 way there) it only makes sense since it works !

    I do this quite often and have been maintaining for several months now.
