Hello all! So, I have a few things to say...

First of all, I'd like to let you all know that I will NOT be on MFP every day because I feel like that's obsessive. There's no reason to because for the entire month of October I'm going to be eating the SAME EXACT THING...I posted what I'm eating on my food log for Sept. 28 and if you want to know what I'm eating every day after that IT'S THE SAME THING! :happy: I know this sounds extremely boring to all of you but I need this kind of regimented consistency if I'm going to suceed at this.

Next I'd like to say that part of the reason I'm doing what I described above is because I obsess about numbers, really REALLY bad. Counting calories every day hurts my brain. I turn it into a pastime, and that isn't good at all :sick: I've learned a lot about myself recently and I know that everyday calorie counting has not gotten me weight loss, only weight gain :cry: ...Well, it's time to change my approach!

Anyhow, finally I'd like to say that I'm friendly, easy to talk to, and want lots of friends on here! So please friend me and we can lose our chub together! :flowerforyou:

  • Honey, You can't always tell by looking at a picture, but it doesn't look like you have much chub to lose. I'd be glad to be your friend. I, myself have a rather long journey ahead.
