4 weeks to train for full marathon!

I signed up for a full in 4 weeks! I've been running 20-30 miles a week this past month training for the half and then just decided to switch it. There isn't a plan out there that trains in that short of time. Anyone have suggestions on how many miles I should be logging each week up until the race?? Never done a full before.
