:happy: I hope this will help me continue with my weight loss. I have lost 30 pounds so far this year. Now my weight loss has slowed down, so if you have any ideas on how to get the pounds coming off please let me know.

You might want to open your Food Diary for everyone to see so we can give you some ideas. What helped me was cutting down on the salt to under 1500 mg a day.0

What helped me the most was eating every 2 to 3 hours, small portions.0

still learning how to do things on here. I made the weight loss counter but I don't know how to post it. I will figure it out just may take me a bit.0
