Ripped in 30 - Food Help?

Did anyone here do the Jillian Micheals Ripped in 30? Currently I'm doing the 30 Day Shred and am thinking about double-teaming it with Ripped. I was wondering about her diet that she makes for the Ripped in 30. I'm a college student that lives on a meal plan and am wondering how strict I should try to follow the diet. I'm pretty good and staying under my daily calorie goal as it is but I just don't have the means to make an egg white scramble or and some of the other foods. Will I still get the same results? or close enough?

    Ok so ripped in 30 is good and its pretty difficult especially the second week yikes!!! But its not expensive to buy eggs and make like 3 egg whites and an egg and then have a bowl of plain oatmeal and lil fruit in it. theres a balanced plan thats really just a clean diet and you dont really count cals you a certain balance and it ends up perfect.     OO and so its mostly balanced but good lean proteins and veggies and some fruit with carbs and grains in early part of day...:smile:
