Yes I have! I am now learning that some things just aren't worth my calories.
Store bought cakes, boxed cakes, store bought cookies. If I am going to use my calories I want something that tastes good and I know what went into them.0 -
I sure have...live and learn...
one good thing ....it was only 70 cals....
have fun

yes! 100cal snack packs. the cookie ones are like eating cardboard. worse part was after i disappointment, i was still stuck with the rest of the box to choke down0

I agree the 100 cal snack packs are usually awful. I was craving a Little Debbie Nutty Bar gave in and bought one and it tasted terrible, I haven't had one in years so sometimes wasted calories are a good thing because you realize how much your taste has improved0

I was just telling my sister this. As I've eaten healthier my body has less tolerance for fried foods. She loves those bloomin onions! I said I'd be so sick if I ate one. And it just doesn't taste good anymore.0 -

It's a wonderful journey that we're on, isn't it?
The challange I find is to actually LEARN from it and not make the same or similar choice the next time.0
