Yes I have! I am now learning that some things just aren't worth my calories.
Store bought cakes, boxed cakes, store bought cookies. If I am going to use my calories I want something that tastes good and I know what went into them.

I agree the 100 cal snack packs are usually awful. I was craving a Little Debbie Nutty Bar gave in and bought one and it tasted terrible, I haven't had one in years so sometimes wasted calories are a good thing because you realize how much your taste has improved:smile:

The Lorna Doone ones taste exactly like the real thing, cuz I think they chopped up ONE cookie and put it in that bag, the whole package, box included weighs like 1/2 an oz.:grumble:

I was just telling my sister this. As I've eaten healthier my body has less tolerance for fried foods. She loves those bloomin onions! I said I'd be so sick if I ate one. And it just doesn't taste good anymore.

It's a wonderful journey that we're on, isn't it?

The challange I find is to actually LEARN from it and not make the same or similar choice the next time.
