Hello!
I'm new to MFP, switching over from a different program. I find it hard to commit to tracking all my food, but I want to make the effort, since I know it makes a difference. I've lost 15 lbs but I'm revisiting some of them :-( I have about 15 to go, although the final number isn't that important to me - just how I look and feel. I've been working out a lot and feel great, but I need to work on the nutrition side.
I'd love to make friends and get support from a community.
Looking forward to seeing positive change together.
