VIRTUAL UK COAST TO COAST SWIM - 192 miles over three months

Calling all swimmers

In the UK we have a 'Coast to Coast Walk'. 192 miles from St. Bees to Robin Hood Bay.

So commencing Oct 1st, I'm going to try swimming it VIRTUALLY in the pool..... finishing before the end of the year.

103000 metres a month(105,600 yards). Nearly 15 miles a week. :noway:
Some other MFP's hope to join in too.

    Holy moly. I would LOVE to do this! I could swim forever! But how are you fitting it in over each week?

    I will be with you in spirit.....my 1000m once a week would take a bit longer than the end of the year to complete!!

    Well.. I'm reckoning on 3 short sessions and 1 long session a week.
    But anything could happen.
