i got a question do you gain weight when after you work out and what do you do to lose the weight you gain dureing the time

    Youre gaining water-weight due to the workout you are putting on your muscles...

    Make sure you are drinking water during and after your workouts.... good stretching, walk off the workout to ease your muscles back into non-workout-mode.

    It takes time for it to subside so hang in there while your body adjusts!

    how long would a normal person take it to ajust ive been working out 3 times a week atleast.

    ive been working out for bout 3 weeks 3 times a day so i think my bodys kinda used to the workout now so i dont got to put up with 2 mutch weight gain from fluid retention

    There arent any normal-people when it comes to this.. everyone is different, every person's body is different....and how it reacts is different as well....
