Completed WK 5 Day 3!!!

I just got back from the dreaded Week 5 Day 3 run, which is 20 minutes of straight running. I have been dreading this run, but after reading all of the other posts about about to conquer it, felt ready to go this morning. I set a good pace, kept myself motivated (i.e yelling motivational tips to myself at times lol)

It's been a great week, lost 7 lbs at my last weigh in, running has never been more solid. I want to thank everybody at MFP for keeping me motivated, and offering so much great advice.

    Very good job!im on and off running the c25k now bc of the weather and stuff, lol. Thats awesome congrats!!

    Great job!!! :bigsmile: I will be doing w5d1 this evening. I am nervous for week 5, but then again, I was nervous about week 4, and I did it!
  • Week 8 begins tonight!! 28 minutes straight!! You got this you'll be fine! Just try to remember to not start out too fast.

    I successfully completed Week 5, day 3 yesterday!!! I jogged slow and steady (used my cardiotrainer app to pace myself), and I was able to jog the entire 20 minutes without stopping! That was huge for me. I have nothing but great things to say about c25k!
