Hellooooo Everybody

My name is Nancy and I just joined today. I am trying to lose 90 pounds but my goal for right now is to lose 60 pounds for my wedding next September. I've been excercising on the treadmill for about 4 days per week for the past 2 weeks and have lost 4 pounds so far. I think I need to also pay more attention to what I'm eating so that's why I joined. I also need to drink water which I hate but have for now replaced my soda with Green Tea. Wish me luck!

    Good luck! You can do it! Are you going to incorporate any weight training?

    No not yet, I've been going to the gym to use the treadmill so it is accesible to me. I probably should but just haven't started yet. To tell you the truth I haven't gotten motivated or more the courage to try anything else so I just sneak over to the treadmill put my ipod on and go into my own world.
