Before and During progress pictures (first time doing this!)

Lately, i've been kind of sitting around thinking I don't look any different than I did when I started trying to lose. Then I looked at the pictures taken at my moms wedding compared to last month and I didn't realize how heavy i'd gotten! After my sister died last year, and me and my ex broke up, I gained about thirty pounds. I'm still not anywhere near my goal weight, but I thought it would make me feel better if I posted these!

    use the IMG code, but change IMG to lowecase img, see if that helps?

    I could see it -- you DO look different, and it's so good to remind yourself by looking at those before/after pics. Wish I'd taken more before so I could compare better. :)

    You are doing brilliant. I can understand that you have been going through alot and its great that you are following a healthy life style. I also have lost my sister and shes missed very much x

    There is nothing worse in the world than to lose someone so close to you as a sister im very sorry for your loss,
    I think you should be very proud of the weight that you have lost as you can clearly see a big differance
